Sorry everyone for the lengthy delay in my postings, a combo of internet hassles, four children, work and tending to life's everyday projects has been my excuse, but now I am back and we are better than ever. We started school yesterday and yes the big stuff Charlie is now embarking on the world of 1st grade and loving it. She told me after the first day "boy mom that wasn't that hard". Let's hope that attitude continues. Quinn is enjoying kindergarten so very much and even helped her table partner who happens to be a boy open his pencil box. According to Quinn he was really struggling and in need of some serious help. The boys are growing so quick. Sawyer or "baby boo" as Quinn calls him is a chubby tornado and is on a mission to give me a heart attack by the time I turn 35. I can't turn my back for a second and he is on top of something climbing or perhaps eating a house plant. I have never had to call poison control and feel this might be my year. Gideon got to go fishing on the first day of school with Grandpa Tippy and loved it. He tells me everyday what a big boy he is. I look at him sometimes and just imagine what the Lord will allow him to be someday. He just brings so many smiles to so many faces. Just the other day in the car he exclaimed that "I am buzz lightyear and I come in peace". Life on the farm is always an adventure. We are getting about 5 eggs a day from our little lady birds. Charlie has become the resident chicken tender, even collecting eggs before school. The next step in our journey is to add the cattle. The garden was a bust this year, we did get lots of yummy stuff but everything was small and maybe the fact that we had to stop watering it due to a well running dry scare. Work is still going well and Scott is gearing up to get back to farming. God has been so good to us and has blessed us abundantly more than I can even say or think. Hope all is well with everyone reading this and that you are relying on God's provision in your life.
God is good all the time
