These weeks are flying. I realized lately that I can't remember what I did yesterday because I am trying so hard to concentrate on what not to forget at the grocery today. Mommy brain probably right? When putting the munchkins to bed tonight I got yet another laugh from little Quinn. Charlie was carrying on about her scary dream and I was trying my best to console her when Quinn interrupted and stated "mom I had such a scary dream too, I dreamed that Charlie was a flying taco" Heehee. I have no idea where she comes up with this stuff but she sure adds a level of fun to our lives that only Quinn can provide.
We are getting closer to the finale of harvest time. All the beans are gone and half the corn is in. I was just informed by Scott that Charlie fell off the combine tonight. She seemed to be fine when I put her to bed but I am sure she will be sore in the morning.
I always love how the good Lord reminds me of the person I used to be and how I don't have to be that person anymore and how once I accepted Him as my personal Saviour He made me a new creation. Even the things that my heart once desired He has replaced with new desires. God can help us overcome anything we just have to let Him have control. I am constantly amazed at His provision in my life and the lives of my children.
God is good all the time

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." Proverbs 3:5-6

Fa la la la la la la la la
Hi everyone,
The christmas season is fast approaching and I am not prepared. As of yet my tree is still not up I know you all think that I am a bit crazy but I just love looking at it. It would be up year round if it wasn't for old grinchee (Scott) heehee. The kids are all doing well and growing like little weeds. Sawyer is getting his first teeth and he has decided that is feels better to gnaw his little fists off then put up with the pain. He loves to talk and smile and has really become a little joy to have around. Gideon is waiting for the wrestling match to begin but Sawyer is not quite there yet. The girls are loving school and come home with such funny stories. The highlight of most days is just to hear little Quinn descibe how she got her fruit in the basket but not her bug in the jar. She has had no bladder or kidney problems and I am praising God for His protection over her. Charlie has started reading more and is so excited about getting to read her Bible. She just about falls out of her bed with excitement when she figures out a word she can sound out. Scott has been busy in the fields harvesting all the crops. His dad purchased a new combine with a buddy seat this year and the kids have been in their glory. Gideon especially enjoys learning the tricks of the trade. I think there might be a future farmer in the family. The entire time he rides he says "beans, daddy, beans" yes Gideon those are beans "beans, daddy, beans". This is repeated about 30 times.
